To post something a user just need to sign up for a free account. You can post a job, scam alert and any rental in Post section on Dashboard. We have simple forms that you just fill up according to your details and you post is live to a big audience. Posting is helpful for those who are searching for employee or tenant, unlike other websites where either a employer pays to get employee or tenant or users have to go through a long process to post a job or any rental application.
Rentals
Rentals section is not given separately in Dashboard, it is inside posting as its more like post. A user just clicks rentals and redirected to rental section where short forms are available to rent a shop, property and vehicle. Users are given option to upload photos and videos as well as its better to upload videos and show tenants the real property they might be interested to rent. Broadcrowd forms are designed in a way the only small details are enough and forms will generate a page which will explain your rental exactly as you wish.
Seekers
Broadcrowd is best for seekers too, whether its a job seeker or property seeker. In seekers section users can post their CV or a free Ad if they are searching a property for rent of sale. Broadcrowd posts all the seeker's posts instantly to Google so employers and seekers can reach each other. Similarly property sellers or renters can reach buyers or tenants.
Sellers
Any product can be sold though Broadcrowd as long as it is legal. In sellers section users can sell a product, Property and vehicle. All postings are integrated with Search engine optimized interface so users can reach potential buyers.
